I am continually amazed at the possibilities of CSS3. Letting it snow is an example.

Actually, it didn't work at all at first and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why. Asked the Dutch Joomla Forum and user RVdwdb answered almost immediately: I'd forgotten the initial slash in the filename of my snowflake images. Talk about silly mistakes! Thanks, RVdwdb!!

Now: what I needed this for: the christmascard on the Buurtbus site. The snow's not starting right at the top, probably because the background image is 25px higher than the first snow image. It's a bit too high anyway, so that will need tweaking. And I suppose if you're really good at defining animations, you could let the snow pile up on the ground... But for now, I'm happy enough with the way it looks.
